Thank you for visiting and shopping! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because items like custom sublimation tumblers, transfers, and apparel are made-to-order, please allow adequate time for production. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Etsy message.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All packages ship from Wausau, WI 54401.
- Standard Shipping: [e.g., USPS Ground Advantage] – Estimated delivery 5-7 business days. Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping: [e.g., USPS Priority Mail] – Estimated delivery 3-5 business days. Cost: calculated at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy holiday seasons.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipment carrier and arrange for a replacement.
If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our items, we do accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives defective or damaged. Please review our full Return Policy for more details.
